					<description>I'm writing (for several years now) mostly with my left index finger; the right hand controls shift, return, cursor keys and the other navigation keys. Hence using shift or the underscore is no problem (on my German keyboard).

A programmer's keyboard would not be accepted even by programmers - I think some have already tried that...</description>
