Futuristic Keyboard
This is a not a blog about hardware. Still, I can’t help sharing my admiration to this (when-will-I-have-one) keyboard. And despite the fact that this blog is about software quality, I believe we can learn a lot from this piece of art.
Quality and creativity are closely related. Both are abstract concepts, which are hard to define, difficult teach and difficult to learn. Both should be inherent to the development process, and both affect the end product.
This keyboard is a great example of creativity - of stepping out of the box. Something that makes you say: why didn’t I think of that!
Now, wouldn’t it be nice if you could spend most of your time doing innovative stuff like that instead of working in crisis mode? Doing things right the first time and making quality inherent to everything you do will enable you do just that!
